Anxiety and fear go hand in hand. It is thoughts of the past and the future. They can not live in the present moment. They do not exist, they are a man-made construct to keep you prisoner of your own mind! It's time to break free! As humans, we are naturally supposed to exist in the present moment.

Simple Technique To Overcome The Anxiety

Keep your mentality in the present moment! There are so many mental and physical health benefits of being in the present moment. How you get there the number one thing is meditation. But that's not always easy. We all have those wandering thoughts, and especially if you're beginning to get into it. My big advice for connecting to the present moment is your five senses. What do you hear? What do you see, feel, smell, taste? These things bring you to the present moment. Do you hear those bees buzzing in the background? How about a lawn mower mowing? Just tune in to your environment and what's around you. That is the string to the present moment!
